Ana Laura was forced to step away from event planning due the the Pandemic, and had an opportunity to pursue her passion of Interior Design. Since her embarkment, she has beautifully designed several homes as luxurious short term rentals as well corporate offices and other interior home projects.

She has led cosmetic and partial property renovations and developed television sets for an internationally recognized television network.

Ana Laura has been an integral member of the Red Rose team. Her expertise and eye for design has helped create an incredible element for businesses who desire their staff to experience organized yet emotion-boosting work locations. On the Short Term Rental side, this expertise has provided a location for our client's healthcare providers to experience luxury and safety during their healthcare assignments, and consequently for all those who have stayed with us to keep coming back.

Andrew Fernandez, Founder and CEO of Red Rose, Inc. has always had a passion for serving others. After battling multiple injuries & surgeries, as well as transferring to over 3 different colleges during undergraduate education, Andrew managed to obtain test scores to attend a #1 ranked MBA program which he later attended at the University of Southern California.

After a brief time in missionary work, Andrew joined the corporate world and most recently was the Director of Finance and Business Development of a healthcare organization, which he helped to grow by 6x. During this period, Andrew realized the potential for providing those same busienss applications learned from education and real world experiences to help others obtain the same prosperity - Red Rose was born.
