As the company’s day-to-day manager, she ensures that client teams, vendors, and internal staff are supported with clear communication, efficient processes, and a collaborative work culture. Her focus on people and operations allows healthcare organizations to experience the full benefits of Red Rose’s MSO services in a consistent and reliable way.

With a professional background in interior design and project coordination, Ana Laura has successfully led cosmetic renovations, designed corporate offices, and developed set designs for an internationally recognized television network. This skillset translates seamlessly into Red Rose’s mission of creating organized, uplifting, and high-functioning environments for clinic staff and providers.

In addition, Ana Laura oversees Red Rose’s short-term rental program, an optional service that provides healthcare providers with safe, comfortable, and design-forward housing during their assignments. This offering not only supports provider retention but also reflects her dedication to creating spaces where people can both work and recharge effectively.

Andrew Fernandez, Founder and CEO of Red Rose Inc., has built his career at the intersection of business leadership and service to others. After overcoming multiple injuries and transferring across three different colleges, Andrew persevered to earn admission to a #1-ranked MBA program, which he later completed at the University of Southern California.

Following a period of missionary work, Andrew entered the corporate healthcare world, most recently serving as Director of Finance and Business Development for a healthcare organization that he helped scale by six times in revenue. Through this experience, he recognized the opportunity to bring the same proven business applications—finance, operations, and strategic growth—to help other healthcare providers achieve long-term stability and prosperity. From this vision, Red Rose Inc. was founded.

Today, Red Rose is striving to become the leading Healthcare Management Services Organization (MSO) from Los Angeles to California’s Central Valley, delivering hands-on operational and administrative support to clinics and healthcare organizations.

Beyond his professional work, Andrew is deeply committed to leadership and service in his community. He is an active Pastoral Council member at his church and a dedicated volunteer with The Poor of Jesus Christ, serving both the physical and spiritual needs of the homeless on Skid Row and beyond.
